Do you have a power supply question ?

I recently pitched a ripcord 18v usb to power a guitar pedal power supply (with 18v DC in) with a USB powerbank battery. However when I plug it into the power supply from the battery, the power supply only pulses and doesn’t stay on. Is this an issue with the battery? Its max output is 5v 2.1A.

Will this issue be restocked with a power bank with 15w output? Thank tou

Hey there,

A lot of guitar pedals draw less than 50mA (underload), a large amount of USB powerbanks 'go to sleep' if the current draw is less than 80mA.

Try plugging your mobile phone into thes econd port of the power bank and see if that keeps the power bank active. This should resolve the issue.
