tracking of my order waiting for email

I have recently ordered a power supply never received the email nor tracking info about my order it been a week and still no email also i can see that I was billed for the product

I am sorry to hear that - Could you let me know your order number? I will look into your order status for you.

I would also suggest checking your SPAM folder as it is possible that the emails were filtered there.I assure you that we send both order and dispatch confirmation emails to our customers.
