Has anyone actually had a response from this company? I see a lot of questions about late orders/missing tracking numbers and I'm currently in the same boat. I'm unable to get any response from leaving a voice message for myVolts or from emails I've sent them.

if you let me know your order number I will check what happened to your emails. We are always here to help, but don't work at weekends.

I am also in the same boat, starting to think this company is a fraud. I received notification that my order was supposed to arrive between 3/17-3/19 and have still not received it as of 3/27. I have emailed them twice now and left a message. Its almost time to start warning people about this 'company'

My order number:  2459218

This was provided to me by Amazon, not directly from myVolts, so not sure if that is correct.  I’ve asked your company directly in several emails, and yet still have yet to receive either my order number or a tracking number.  And, of course, still not received the cable that was supposed to be delivered by March 23.  I’ve heard back from your company finally, and they said there might have been a problem with the first order so they are sending a 2nd cable to me.  But then I still have yet to receive a confirmation about that happening, along with any proper order number or tracking number.  So, guessing I’m just putting myself at the front of the line agin to this extraordinarily frustrating process of ordering a simple power cable from myVolts.  Erg.
